Meet Anna Kiser: Stable Cover’s New Full-Time Customer Success Specialist

We’re thrilled to introduce Anna Kiser as the newest full-time member of the Stable Cover team! Anna’s journey is a testament to her lifelong passion for horses and her commitment to serving the equestrian community.
A Lifelong Equestrian
Anna grew up on a farm in Kentucky, where horses were a large part of her upbringing. From an early age, she developed a connection with these incredible animals, showing Arabians competitively for several years. Her dedication extended beyond the show ring—Anna also volunteered at a local equine therapy ranch, supporting riders and horses in transformative ways.
Her passion for the equestrian lifestyle led her to Colorado, where she spent three summers working as a wrangler at a guest ranch while earning her degree in marketing and finance from the University of Louisville. During this time, she further developed her horsemanship skills and shared her knowledge with guests from diverse equine backgrounds.
From Marketing to Equine Insurance
Anna has been a part of Stable Cover since the very beginning, working behind the scenes on marketing projects that helped shape our brand and connect with horse owners. Now, she’s making an exciting transition from marketing to the world of equine insurance, joining us full-time as our Customer Success Specialist.

About the Customer Success Specialist Role
Anna’s new role is at the heart of our customer experience. She will:
- Ensure every customer touchpoint maintains our brand’s voice and values.
- Develop and implement customer experience standards.
- Manage and engage our community through email marketing and social media.
- Support customers with empathy, expertise, and efficiency—whether answering questions, guiding them through the quote process, or providing educational resources.
- Assist with events, partnerships, and industry outreach to strengthen Stable Cover’s presence in the equestrian world.
